Good place to enjoy few hours with your kids. They have some animal feeding shows and they give you food to feed the animals. We loved rabbit petting and bird shows. Prices are reasonable and give you value for money. This place has charging bays for electric cars. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There is free ample parking outside the castle. The souvenir shop has many items for kids.

Great place for kids. The animal presentations are informative and very well presented. Heaps to do so take in it all.

A good spot to stop for a coffee break on the road from Brisbane to Sydney. If you've got an electric car you have your choice of charging points - there's a big Tesla array and a couple of others. Plus you park your car undercover beneath a big solar array which is generating the castle's electricity.

A walk through the aviary with bird food ready is a must but be careful in there and get ready for a landing on your head. Take out your white paper seed pack and you'll experience the birds flocking to (on) you.

Was a fantastic place to stop on our way to Queensland. Food was yum and we decided to enjoy the animal park too as we had spare time and the girls had a ball. Perfect size for a couple of hours and so many little things to see and do.

Its not a huge place, so unlikely to spend all day there. If not interested in the mini golf than 2 hours is probably enough. The animals look well cared for and happy (not stressed or injured). We bought some bags of feed but one bag us probably more then enough. Of which the goats will mug you so watch out with small children. They have shows throughout the day, so can pet crocodiles, snakes, rabbits etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a children's play ground, which is of average quality, most of the kids tend to gravitate there. Some more shady sitting area in the children's play ground would be appreciated. We skipped buying food as you probably better bring your own or travel to nearby towns for lunch (there is a 2 hat restaurant in one of the town's). I don't think they make a huge Proffitt in the place but perhaps the family cost could be a bit cheaper. Then again it's probably the biggest attraction around so no competition. My favourite was the owls which could be seen quite close up. If you are reading this than can appreciate I am almost at my 200 word goal so it's getting harder to find more words to describe the place. If you're visiting and haven't been to any larger wild life parks then this will get you a taste for them. Just in case it's not 200 then I will say the 4 star review is really a 3 star but if it's run by a small family with love then it gets an extra star. If a larger corp than its 3 star.
